The property is centrally located next to the local high street, and has many amenities nearby including a tesco express right next door, the Hounslow central underground tube station (connected via the Piccadilly line to central London as well as the Heathrow airport) at a 7-8 mins walk away, and lots of great restaurants offering diverse cuisines nearby. The complimentary continental breakfast (should you opt for it / or if you pay for breakfast on the day) is delicious, with a lot of options, and worth the price.

This is a budget hotel so was not expecting much. The hotel staff were attentive and check in was quick. The hotel provided free tea and coffee in the lobby as there is little space in the rooms to have it in there. The room was a good size and very clean with comfy beds. As we had an early flight and had to get up early and get ready I was glad that they had separate shower and toilets. The basin was in the actual room but that’s not a big deal again it was convenient as we didn’t have to wait for one to get showered due the other to use toilet and basin. The hotel is located a short walk from the station that takes you to the airport and there were plenty of shops and restaurants around to choose from for your meals. I couldn’t hear the sound of the planes passing through at all. Definitely worth staying at this hotel.

Well placed central hotel. Basic reasonable room, very convenient to get to London or Heathrow, from nearby tube anywhere, and bus garage. Excellent value, easy parking and very dog friendly. Overall good value and small basic room that served purpose as our local base. Could easily get to BR Station, for Windsor and castle, Richmond / Twickenham rugby, Hampton Court or Reading , Staines and London. Nice cafe's and cosmopolitan choices for eating nearby, and good cheap base for stopping over in London. Good value continental breakfast.

The rooms simplicity, general cleanliness and the beds were comfortable. Most all staff were welcoming and nice. Located right next to the city center so lots to do. Parking available.

Great location if you need a place to stay before a flight from Heathrow. Very close to the Tube station and from there it's ~15min to the terminal. The hotel is basic but well maintained, clean and equipped just enough. The shower was good, there's a small TV in the room, the bed is comfy. I could borrow a hairdryer from the reception. The breakfast at £8.50 might seem quite pricy but it was tasty. The staff were all very helpful and nice. Also well located right in the centre of Hounslow, with a Tesco downstairs and right outside the main street with all the restaurants and shops

The breakfast the hot water machine is free for tea other hot drink choices too the lock on door the card to swipe to get lift up to room the shower the staff the space the latched window the lights around the room for breakfast menu there’s turkey ham and cheese, yoghurts peaches chocolate pastries croissants cereals fruit orange and apple juice too tv in bedroom with wifi is a good touch too Thankyou for the best parts I chose my room fresh towels daily toilet roll checks and bin emptying too

This was the second time we used ibis. It gave us value for money, privacy, friendly atmosphere with a helpful staff. Hot water facility was given during whole day. It is centrally located with easy accessibility to all modes of transport and pedestrianized marketing facilities in which all shopping and banking facilities available. The room and the entire premises was kept very cleaned condition and daily change of linen much appreciated

Very affordable for the night, especially only 45 minutes from central London. The staff were exceptional, checking me in and out seamlessly and even lending me a phone charger to take to my room after mine stopped working. The bed was comfortable and sizeable with a nice view of an external courtyard and great views of the sunset and planes descending. Excellent hotel and one I will definitely keep in mind when next in London.

the service and attitude of sylvia at the reception . i have put review and sent but i think being in the industry , I understand when somone like her is employed for someone. I believe IBIS is truely lucky to have her , Her humanity , intention , attitude work ethics are rare to find in this world

Affordable, clean triple room with accessible bathroom. The Market Place across the street was an excellent place to pick up dinner, offering a variety of ethnic foods. Breakfast was good, but selection was limited. Very close to the airport from the train station.
